Can I cancel my booking and will I be due any refund?

Each apartment has an individual cancellation policy (as standard your prepayment can be refunded if the cancellation is 30 or more days before arrival). However, we ask that you contact us as soon as you know that you need to cancel, so we can see if your prepayment can be refunded or saved for future stay even if your cancellation is within the 30 days period.
