Can I book an apartment without paying prepayment?

It is possible to book an apartment last minute (day of the arrival) without prepayment. Apartments which are eligible for bookings without prepayment will have a special notice with this rule on it.   Otherwise, for all bookings into dates ahead a prepayment of one nights rent is required for every 7 nights of stay (example – if your stay is 14 nights – 2 nights prepayment will be needed). Prepayment can be done securely on our website via any one of numerous payment methods including major credit cards or PayPal.
