Convertible This sunny newly renovated two bedroom apartment is located less than five minute walk away from Bessrabski square, home to Mandarin Plaza and the beginning of Kreschatik Street which is Kiev’s main street. The apartment is also next to the newly built Gulliver entertainment and shopping area and features a great view of Lesi Ukrainki Boulevard. All the downtown attractions are just minutes away from this location along with dozens of cafes and restaurants.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a 10 storied building (with elevator) and is nicely furnished with large leather couch in the living room (convertible to full sized bed), large dining room table for seating for up to five people, 37 Inch LCD TV with cable (over 50 channels), Wi Fi Internet, two fully private bedrooms master of which contains a queen sized bed and large wardrobe area, second bedroom with large convertible couch, laptop work area, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, bathroom with tub & shower, washing machine, Air Conditioner and more. This is a lovely apartment to call your home during your stay in Kiev!
Please note:
* It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjecent area after 9PM.
* No pets allowed.

IMPORTANT CHECK IN INFORMATION
If you check in between night hours of 19:00 and 10:00 we would like to offer you the
following check in solutions:
1. Please note that your arrival is during NIGHT TIME therefore we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using our Airport transfer service in order to have smooth and easy check in. Our driver will have keys and will take you directly to reserved accommodation and check you in. The cost is only 30 USD from KBP airport and 20 USD from IEV, BUS Station/Train Station is 20 USD. We realize these rates may be slightly higher than Uber and etc, however, our drivers use safe, clean and insured vehicles and you will have a PIECE OF MIND with easy and smooth check in for a slight extra cost.
2. You can collect the keys from reception of our mini hotel located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Boghdana Khmelnitskogo Street (1 block from Keschatik and next to metro station Teatralnaya / Golden Gates). Hotel reception is open 24/7. Hotel’s reception phone number: +38 073 441 8751.
3. If you do not wish to pickup key at hotels’ reception you may also use night check in with our driver / manager. In this instance our driver / manager will wait for you at a pre agreed time in front of your accommodation building. We will provide you with phone number of the driver /manager one day prior to arrival. Cost night time check in is $ 15. Note that the driver /manager may have limited English speaking skills.
