King This luxurious three-bedroom apartment is located in the absolute heart of Kiev, just a few minutes away from the main Street of Kreschatik and alongside Bessarabski Square and Mandarin Plaza.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building with a door code (without elevator). It comes fully equipped and furnished with all brand new furniture and equipment including spacious living room with large leather couch (convertible to full sized bed), 32 Inch LCD TV with cable (over 100 channels), home theater surround sound, high speed Internet with Wi Fi, three fully private bedrooms with king sized beds, additional TV unit in the master bedroom, large wardrobe area, fully equipped kitchen with dining room area for up to eight people, two balconies (facing both sides of the street), Air Conditioners in every room (4 in total), video and audio intercom, 1,5 bathrooms (one with Shower cabin and toilet with wash-basin), washing machine and much more.
The Olimpiyskiy’s stadium area offers great proximity to virtually all attractions Kiev has to offer. Surrounded by mix of old and new construction building, this area features huge variety of restaurants, clubs and cafes – assuring your stay here will not be a boring one. From here you can easily walk to Lva Tolstogo Square and Bessrabaskaya square. Metro stations available within short walk are Palats Sportu Station, Lva Tolstogo station and Olympisky station.

* It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjecent area after 9PM.
* No pets allowed.

IMPORTANT CHECK IN INFORMATION
If you check in between night hours of 19:00 and 10:00 we would like to offer you the
following check in solutions:
1.Please note that your arrival is during NIGHT TIME therefore we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using our Airport transfer service in order to have smooth and easy check in. Our driver will have keys and will take you directly to reserved accommodation and check you in. The cost is only 30 USD from KBP airport and 20 USD from IEV, BUS Station/Train Station is 20 USD. We realize these rates may be slightly higher than Uber and etc, however, our drivers use safe, clean and insured vehicles and you will have a PIECE OF MIND with easy and smooth check in for a slight extra cost.
2. You can collect the keys from reception of our mini hotel located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Boghdana Khmelnitskogo Street (1 block from Keschatik and next to metro station Teatralnaya / Golden Gates). Hotel reception is open 24/7. Hotel’s reception phone number: +38 073 441 8751.
3. If you do not wish to pickup key at hotels’ reception you may also use night check in with our driver / manager. In this instance our driver / manager will wait for you at a pre agreed time in front of your accommodation building. We will provide you with phone number of the driver /manager one day prior to arrival. Cost night time check in is $ 15. Note that the driver /manager may have limited English speaking skills.
