The apartment is done in a completely original design and features over 120 square meters of space. Located on the 6th floor of a 9 storied building with an elevator and 24 hour door attendant, it offers absolutely wonderful views of Kreschatik Street from its two balconies, 3 Air Conditioners and much more.
The apartment has all the luxuries one could require including two separate bathrooms. Absolutely ideal place to consider for your stay in Kiev. Features unique design with an interesting aquarium design in the floor and on the side, the room features a couch (convertible to full sized bed), coffee table, 32 Inch LCD Flat TV with Satellite (over 100 channels including English), high speed Internet with Wi Fi, DVD Player, Home Theater system and an AC. Also contains entrance to the balcony which offers wonderful views of Kiev.
Two bedrooms are spacious, equipped with king sized beds and large wardrobe areas. One of the bedrooms also features an additional 25 Inch TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation, including a microwave and seating for four people.
There are two separate bathrooms, both feature unique designs. The first one comes with a cave like decoration and includes a shower cabin. The second one includes an oval XL bath tub.
Please note:
* It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjecent area after 9PM.
* No pets allowed.
