Couch This brand new (renovation completed in mid 2020) two bedroom apartment is one of the best options Kiev has to offer. Located on a quiet and scenic Pushkinskaya street with numerous cafes, shops and sightseeing attractions directly nearby. Access from here includes easy few minute walk to numerous cafes, restaurants and main shopping center of Kiev ZUM. Main Street of Kreschatyk is one block away, less than 2 minute walk.
The apartment is a true two bedroom unit (without living room), however, you may use the bedroom as the living room easily. It features comfortable sleeping spaces for up to five tenants, with two queen sized beds and a convertible couch. The second bedroom is located on an easily accessed loft area which can be blocked away from the rest of the apartment with a shade. The apartment features two Air Conditioners, two LCD TV units (smart TV capabilities including YouTube, Netflix, etc), highest speed available via Wi Fi and much more. The apartment features all hotel amenities such as coded hotel safe, dining area for up to four people, microwave, washing machine and much more.
The apartment is located on the first floor, with street access and elevator. The apartment is part of a two unit mini complex, done with designer oversight and undoubtedly will make even the most demanding travelers satisfied.
Please note:
* It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjecent area after 9PM.
* No pets allowed.

IMPORTANT CHECK IN INFORMATION
If you check in between night hours of 19:00 and 10:00 we would like to offer you the
following check in solutions:
1. Please note that your arrival is during NIGHT TIME therefore we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using our Airport transfer service in order to have smooth and easy check in. Our driver will have keys and will take you directly to reserved accommodation and check you in. The cost is only 30 USD from KBP airport and 20 USD from IEV, BUS Station/Train Station is 20 USD. We realize these rates may be slightly higher than Uber and etc, however, our drivers use safe, clean and insured vehicles and you will have a PIECE OF MIND with easy and smooth check in for a slight extra cost.
2. You can collect the keys from reception of our mini hotel located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Boghdana Khmelnitskogo Street (1 block from Keschatik and next to metro station Teatralnaya / Golden Gates). Hotel reception is open 24/7. Hotel’s reception phone number: +38 073 441 8751.
3. If you do not wish to pickup key at hotels’ reception you may also use night check in with our driver / manager. In this instance our driver / manager will wait for you at a pre agreed time in front of your accommodation building. We will provide you with phone number of the driver /manager one day prior to arrival. Cost night time check in is $ 15. Note that the driver /manager may have limited English speaking skills.
