The apartment is consists a total of five rooms, elegantly completed in two levels. Situated on the 7th floor or a restored exterior building with door code, the apartment features two levels. The first level is home to the first bedroom along with the living room which contain a couch (convertible to full sized bed), 42 Inch LCD TV with cable & Satellite (over 100 channels including English), High Speed Internet (Wi Fi), coffee table and the kitchen. There is also the first bathroom which contains a two person Jacuzzi with shower and a washing machine. The first level also features an additional half bathroom. The first floor also has a functional fireplace in the living room, which will make your stay in Kiev ultra cozy along with a balcony with wonderful Kiev city view.
The second floor is home to the second bedroom and an office / lounge room which also contains an additional couch (convertible into queen sized bed), along with office area with writing desk and perfect spot for your laptop and a large TV. The second bedroom, which is extremely spacious, is located on the second floor, along with king sized bed, additional 32 Inch TV and access to a large walk in closet with wardrobe area. The bedroom also features a fully private large additional bathroom with bath tub, bide and shower. The apartment also features a central Air system with climate control and fully functional alarm system. This apartment is for those that require absolutely top of the line accommodations during their Kiev stay. Features modern design with lots of sunlight due to large windows, large sectional couch, coffee table, 42 Inch LCD TV with Satellite (over 100 channels), high speed Internet connection (Wi Fi) and a CD / DVD Player.
The apartment also contains a second living room / office area located upstairs. Both bedrooms are fully private with the first one located on the first level while the second is on the second floor, assuring absolute privacy. Both bedrooms have private access to individual bathrooms. The master bedroom upstairs also contains an additional TV unit for your viewing pleasure. Fully equipped with everything required for delicious meal preparation including a microwave and dining room seating area for four people. There is an additional counter top seating for two people. All equipment is absolutely brand new and imported. Features a total of two and a half bathrooms including a Jacuzzi, shower, bath tub, washing machine and bide.

* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjecent area after 9PM.
