King This ultra spacious and two story two bedroom apartment is located in the the prime heart of Kiev’s historic center, right next to main street of Kreschatik – and next to Maydan Nezhalezhnosti (city’s main square). All the downtown highlights are just minutes away from this location along with dozens of cafes and restaurants.
Situated on the 3rd floor of a door coded building with an elevator the apartment features everything one may require for a comfortable stay including a first level with a couch section (convertible to full sized bed), 25” TV with cable (over 75 channels), CD Player, High Speed Internet, coffee table, balcony with nice view and an Air Conditioner.
The first bedroom is located on the first floor – very spacious with a king sized bed and large wardrobe area. The second bedroom is located in a loft with an additional ‘lobby area’ in the loft.The second bedroom does not contain a door for full privacy but the location on the loft assures that you are very far from the bedroom downstairs.The apartment also contains a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dining seating area for four.The flat features two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi (2 persons) and one with shower cabin. Also contains a washing machine.

The second bedroom is located upstairs in the loft next to a lobby area. The second bedroom contains queen sized bed.
Kitchen features a microwave and everything required for meal preparation including dining area for four.
Bathroom features two full bathrooms featuring a Jacuzzi, shower cabin and washing machine.
Please note:
* It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjecent area after 9PM.
* No pets allowed.
