Convertible This ultra modern one bedroom apartment is located in the absolute center of Kiev, just meters away from the main Street of Kreschatik and on the corner from Maydan (Independence Square) which is the main Kiev square.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of 10 story building with a door coded common entrance and elevator. It comes fully equipped and furnished with everything required for luxury living, including a comfortable couch (convertible into full size bed), 37 Inch LCD TV with Cable TV (over 75 channels including English), DVD/CD Players, High Speed Internet (Wi Fi), fully private bedroom with queen sized bed, additional 27 Inch LCD TV in the bedroom, large wardrobe area including desk for your laptop, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dining room area for up to four people, two Air Conditioners (one in each room), Jacuzzi for two persons along with hydro massage shower system, washing machine, and much more.
Maydan – the heart of Ukraine and the central square of Kiev that made that is the heart beat of the city. The square is synonymous with Kiev and features dozens of cafes, restaurants and nightclubs in its proximity. The main street of Kreschatik borders the square which often boats concerts and other entertainment activities on weekends. Metro stations that are available within short walking distance are Maydan Station and Kreschatyk Street station.
Please note:
* It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjecent area after 9PM.
* No pets allowed.

IMPORTANT CHECK IN INFORMATION
If you check in between night hours of 19:00 and 10:00 we would like to offer you the
following check in solutions:
1. Please note that your arrival is during NIGHT TIME therefore we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using our Airport transfer service in order to have smooth and easy check in. Our driver will have keys and will take you directly to reserved accommodation and check you in. The cost is only 30 USD from KBP airport and 20 USD from IEV, BUS Station/Train Station is 20 USD. We realize these rates may be slightly higher than Uber and etc, however, our drivers use safe, clean and insured vehicles and you will have a PIECE OF MIND with easy and smooth check in for a slight extra cost.
2. You can collect the keys from reception of our mini hotel located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Boghdana Khmelnitskogo Street (1 block from Keschatik and next to metro station Teatralnaya / Golden Gates). Hotel reception is open 24/7. Hotel’s reception phone number: +38 073 441 8751.
3. If you do not wish to pickup key at hotels’ reception you may also use night check in with our driver / manager. In this instance our driver / manager will wait for you at a pre agreed time in front of your accommodation building. We will provide you with phone number of the driver /manager one day prior to arrival. Cost night time check in is $ 15. Note that the driver /manager may have limited English speaking skills.
