While the apartment is located on the main street, the sound proof windows make sure it is quiet in the bedrooms.
The smaller bedrooms windows face the back of the building. This will make an amazing accommodation for anyone seeking a prime location in the very center of Kiev. Features a large couch (convertible to queen sized bed), additional smaller couch, 21” Screen TV (cable with over 50 channels), DVD / CD Players, High Speed Internet and an Air Conditioner. Also features entrance to the huge patio area overlooking Kreschatik Street. Features queen sized beds and large wardrobe areas.
The master bedroom also contains an additional TV for your viewing pleasure and a laptop workstation area. Fully equipped for meal preparation including a microwave, and dining area for three. Additional dining area for four people in the living room as well. Spacious – featuring a Jacuzzi, shower and washing machine.

* It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjecent area after 9PM.
* No pets allowed.
