The apartment is over 120 square meters and will make an absolutely wonderful place to call home for your stay in Kiev. Features 2 couches (one of which is convertible into full sized bed), table with seating for four, 27 Inch TV with SAT and cable (over 100 channels), DVD/CD Players, High Speed Internet and an Air Conditioner. The living room also contains entrance to the first balcony. Features king sized beds and very large wardrobe areas. The master bedroom also has an additional TV and an additional AC. Fully quipped with everything required for meal preparing including a microwave and dining room area with seating for three. Spacious, with a Jacuzzi, shower cabin and bide. Also contains a washing machine.

* It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjecent area after 9PM.
* No pets allowed.
