One side of the mattress is starting to get bad, in the near future this should get replaced. The bathtub holds a lot of unexpected visitors which are happy to share the magic moment when you take a shower, which are know as mold .In general the cleanness could be improved.

The only thing I could point out about our accommodation that wasn't preferable was the lack of lighting in the entrance into the apartment building. In terms of our overall experience, I was very happy, however I found our arrival into Kyiv and getting to the apartment somewhat stressful. Our flight was delayed, and when we arrived at Kyiv Borispol at around 6pm I got a phone call from a Kievapts representative telling us we would have to collect the keys to the apartment from the reception of Theatre Boutique apts, and was sent the address. This was fine but we had little time to spare as we were attending an event that evening, so it delayed us further. I was under the impression that there would be someone to meet us at the apartment until 7pm. Upon arrival to collect the keys, the receptionist didn't speak any English, which is fine, but I found communication very difficult. After spending time awkwardly not understanding what the woman was saying and vice versa, I found out we had to pay the remainder of the fee in cash, which was something I was unaware of. I could only withdraw a certain amount of cash from the cash machine down the street, so had to ask my friends to withdraw money too. If I had come to Kyiv on my own this would've been even more of a problem. So our arrival wasn't ideal but after that we really enjoyed our stay!
