This brand newly renovated luxury apartment is located in the absolute center of Kiev in an ideal location – meters away from famed Mikhailovskaya square and just a short two minute stroll to the main square of Kiev – Maydan. Situated on the 3rd floor of a door coded building the apartment features everything new (renovations finished in 2016) and includes a large living room with mood lighting system, large couch (convertible to full sized bed),  37 Inch LCD TV with cable (over 100 channels including English), counter top table with bar stools, entrance to the balcony, Air Conditioner and more.  The apartment also features two fully private bedrooms with queen sized beds and oversized windows. One of the bedrooms contains an additional Air Conditioners.  The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything required for basic meal preparation.

The living room includes a door to a massive sized balcony that overlooks a quiet Kiev courtyard.

Bathroom features a two person Jacuzzi tub, shower panel and washing machine. The bathroom also includes heated floors for your convenience.   Make this your home in Kiev and feel truly at luxury.

Please note:

* It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment.

* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjecent area after 9PM.

* No pets allowed.

IMPORTANT CHECK IN INFORMATION

If you check in between night hours of 19:00 and 10:00 we would like to offer you the
following check in solutions:

1. Please note that your arrival is during NIGHT TIME therefore we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using our Airport transfer service in order to have smooth and easy check in. Our driver will have keys and will take you directly to reserved accommodation and check you in. The cost is only 30 USD from KBP airport and 20 USD from IEV, BUS Station/Train Station is 20 USD. We realize these rates may be slightly higher than Uber and etc, however, our drivers use safe, clean and insured vehicles and you will have a PIECE OF MIND with easy and smooth check in for a slight extra cost. 

2. You can collect the keys from reception of our mini hotel located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Boghdana Khmelnitskogo Street (1 block from Keschatik and next to metro station Teatralnaya / Golden Gates). Hotel reception is open 24/7. Hotel’s reception phone number: +38 073 441 8751.

3. If you do not wish to pickup key at hotels’ reception you may also use night check in with our driver / manager. In this instance our driver / manager will wait for you at a pre agreed time in front of your accommodation building. We will provide you with phone number of the driver /manager one day prior to arrival. Cost night time check in is $ 15. Note that the driver /manager may have limited English speaking skills.
