This penthouse one bedroom apartment is located in the absolute prime center of Kiev – directly on the main street of Kreschatik. The apartment provides stunning views of Kreschatik along with general Kiev downtown area with a massive patio – amazing for early morning cup of coffee, or romantic evening with a loved one.  The location can not be anymore central, with everything being within walking distance of your apartment.

The apartment is situated on the 8th floor of a door coded building with two entrances. It features a total of over 90 square meters and includes a spacious living room (with couch convertible to full sized bed),  LCD TV with smart TV capabilities including Netflix, large bedroom with big wardrobe, queen sized bed, Air Conditioner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area for four people, large bathroom with bath tub, shower cabin, washing machine and much more. The most amazing feature of this apartment is a stunning, over 25 square meters patio (one of only two on entire Kreschatik street!) that providers with amazing Kiev city views. This is a wonderful apartment to call home for any traveler to Kiev!

Please note:

* It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment.

* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjecent area after 9PM.

* No pets allowed.

IMPORTANT CHECK IN INFORMATION

If you check in between night hours of 19:00 and 10:00 we would like to offer you the
following check in solutions:

1. Please note that your arrival is during NIGHT TIME therefore we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using our Airport transfer service in order to have smooth and easy check in. Our driver will have keys and will take you directly to reserved accommodation and check you in. The cost is only 30 USD from KBP airport and 20 USD from IEV, BUS Station/Train Station is 20 USD. We realize these rates may be slightly higher than Uber and etc, however, our drivers use safe, clean and insured vehicles and you will have a PIECE OF MIND with easy and smooth check in for a slight extra cost. 

2. You can collect the keys from reception of our mini hotel located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Boghdana Khmelnitskogo Street (1 block from Keschatik and next to metro station Teatralnaya / Golden Gates). Hotel reception is open 24/7. Hotel’s reception phone number: +38 073 441 8751.

3. If you do not wish to pickup key at hotels’ reception you may also use night check in with our driver / manager. In this instance our driver / manager will wait for you at a pre agreed time in front of your accommodation building. We will provide you with phone number of the driver /manager one day prior to arrival. Cost night time check in is $ 15. Note that the driver /manager may have limited English speaking skills.
