* It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment.

* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjecent area after 9PM.

* No pets allowed.

We kindly ask you to follow these rules to avoid unpleasant situations with the neighbours and local police.

IMPORTANT CHECK IN INFORMATION

If you check in between night hours of 19:00 and 10:00 we would like to offer you the
following check in solutions:

1. Please note that your arrival is during NIGHT TIME therefore we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using our Airport transfer service in order to have smooth and easy check in. Our driver will have keys and will take you directly to reserved accommodation and check you in. The cost is only 30 USD from KBP airport and 20 USD from IEV, BUS Station/Train Station is 20 USD. We realize these rates may be slightly higher than Uber and etc, however, our drivers use safe, clean and insured vehicles and you will have a PIECE OF MIND with easy and smooth check in for a slight extra cost. 

2. You can collect the keys from reception of our mini hotel located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Boghdana Khmelnitskogo Street (1 block from Keschatik and next to metro station Teatralnaya / Golden Gates). Hotel reception is open 24/7. Hotel’s reception phone number: +38 073 441 8751.

3. If you do not wish to pickup key at hotels’ reception you may also use night check in with our driver / manager. In this instance our driver / manager will wait for you at a pre agreed time in front of your accommodation building. We will provide you with phone number of the driver /manager one day prior to arrival. Cost night time check in is $ 15. Note that the driver /manager may have limited English speaking skills.

Apartment is pretty nice, it is quiet, and excellent for rest...Location of apartment is extraordinary...I am very satisfied because I chose this apartment...
I think so that you can improve quality of internet connection which is poor..can't setting tv..and iron board need to be replaced...But, generally I was very satisfied..this is just little improvement which can change quality of your service..

Apartment looked nice and cozy, no loud neighbours around. Bed was comfortable, closet room to put stuff and clothing. Very good position, very close to city centre. Good Wifi. Bathroom had floor heater which was really nice.
Cold floor except the bathroom (good there was flippers), boiler did not have enough water to fill the bath... managed to fill around quarter only with warm/hot water In the kitchen there wasnt even salt or pepper to cook. Had to buy.

Ukraine is a welcoming country. Wonderful people always welcoming. Culture is thousands of years old. History of Russian Origin, USSR and former Warsaw pack now freedom loving country. Much history to see and experience.
The only negative was no elevator. A ton of stairs mainly luggage makes it worse. But this is old town and some old charm. Not so bad just would be nice, but walking is normal in Kiev.

Everything was perfect, starting from location. The apartment is just the right size for 1-2 people, it is beautifully decorated, well equipped (with a washer which is very useful) and has a small balcony facing the courtyard. Overall much better value and much nicer than a hotel room.
