The location. Close proximity to shopping, food, and sightseeing on foot. Enjoyed people watching from the balcony. No personal safety concerns.
No complaints...Had an issue with TV, but that was addressed swiftly.

It was really comfortable and cosy apartment ,warm and plenty of hot water ,also in a fantastic location.and a great service from Alex the Kievapts Manager

Very convenient location near St Sophia and Mayden. Small market and coffee stand were conveniently located right across the street.
Bathroom was old but overall, it was a very cozy apartment.

Location
The apartment was not well heated during cold weather of my stay. It has radiators that are heated through a central heating system of the building, which had only a little warmth and was not sufficient to properly heat the apartment to a comfortable degree. Only the living room also had a separate air conditioning unit which could be run on a heating setting and heated that room.

The view to the opera theatre
The water heater was bad and takes an hour to get hot and runs out in 6 minutes. It was no sorted despite our complaint

Location is key, Walk to all places and restaurants in 20 minutes, many closer. Thought it might be noisy, but it is not. Has a water heater so no trouble with hot water.
Needs some tender loving care, like new towels and new sofa, Nothing bad just some paint and lighting

The sight of the opera house through the window is really great
Problem with the water heater. It does not heat the water quickly and hot water runs out quickly
