The apartment was close to where I needed to go. It was centrally located to stores, shops and places to eat as well as nightlife activities. I did like that I was able to get an airport transfer at a very reasonable rate. In addition, they were able to provide me with a translator for a good rate as well.
The only issue I had was with noisy guests coming in and leaving in the early hours of the morning. They did not seem to care if other people were on the floor trying to sleep. the square outside the apartment building seemed to be a smoking lounge for many people. I did not mind, to each their own. I never smelled smoke in my apartment. The guests in the hostel a few floors above did look a bit shady and I think would make many people nervous. It did not bother me and they left me alone, even when I went in and out alone. I think some guests would be nervous though.

I stayed in Kiev for a few days as a layover before flying to another city in Ukraine. In addition, I was there to be fitted for rest of my wedding attire.
