The location of the apartment is perfect; very near to restaurants, supermarket, Andreas church and metro. City center is also easily reachable in walking distance. It has lot of space and really fantastic views. Host stuff is very friendly and we had a perfect communication before and during our stay. Thank you Arnold!!!
I want to point out that germans are mostly very ambitious and looking for high quality. So from our point of view the apartment needs some renovation in the nearest future (wall painting) and the staircase does not look very good. However we liked it because it was clean, spacious and comfortable. In comparison to other apartments we saw in Kiew by visiting friends this penthouse apartment is really similar to a palace.
