What do I do if my credit card isn’t working?

KievApts accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.   Assuming your credit card information is entered correctly, there are very rarely any issues with the payment. However, sometimes your bank will require you to call them to notify that you did indeed authorized this transaction.  If your payment is declined, you will see an error message on the screen. Please provide us this error message so we can see the reason why your payment was declined. Remember that you may also always simply use another credit card or PayPal as well.
