First time i have stayed with kievapts. And will not stay with anyone else but them. Great service from the pick up at the airport to the check in. I have been a customer of Kiev Apartments for about seven years, I enjoy great relationship with staff,the apartments are always what I think I am going to receive, it is almost like doing business with the family. I did say I have been staying at Kiev Apartments for about seven years, I think that says it all.
I am a frequent traveler in Ukraine and in Russia and I regularly stay in apartments in these countries. I have used Kievapts.com since 2007 and I have probably stayed in their apartments close to 50 times. For me there is no other choice in Kiev and it is the best apartment agency that I have encountered in Russia and in Ukraine... From I am picked up at the airport upon arrival till they bring me back for my departure everything works without any problems or complications. The apartments are clean, with the necessary facilities, according to the website description and a price discount is often offered. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful) if you need some extra service.. And if something doesn’t work according to expectations (like problems with internet, TV, etc., the staff make great efforts to have everything fixed within the hour.

We have been using Kiev Apartments for many years for the donors and Board members we bring to Kiev to see our ministry. We are very fortunate that many of the apartment rentals are close to our main office near downtown Kiev, which makes it so convenient for our people. These apartments are always well maintained, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The Kiev Apartment staff are always so helpful and responsive to questions or minor problems. I enjoyed my stay in the apt located at 25 Pushkinska St.. It is a ten minute walk to the city center. Many great restaurants nearby. The food in Kiev is nouvelle (quite good) The apt was clean, modern, warm or cool, just set your desired temp. The bed was as comfortable as they get. The decor in the apt was masculine yet inviting to anyone. Very secure. I had the opportunity to talk to Arnold, he was helpful, engaging and his English was pure New Yorker. Thanks again for the comfortable stay.

My daughter and I stayed at your apartment, which was very comfortable and conveniently located. There was easy access to many sites, restaurants and stores. Transportation was also in close proximity. Thank you for a great experience and we will definitely be utilizing Kievapts in the furure

Excellent agency, providing supreme apartments for short-term visits to Kyiv. Apartments are clean, warm, comfortable and well-equipped and furnished. Staff at the agency have proved helpful at all difficulties; in particular on the unfortunate occasion when my luggage was delayed by Aeroflot. I have been their client four times already in the last few years. I most certainly will remain on the clientele list of this utterly satisfactory agency.
