Hot water was not consistently available. Very small water heater in unit.

Blown fuse and no light in kitchen.

The apartment was not well heated during cold weather of my stay. It has radiators that are heated through a central heating system of the building, which had only a little warmth and was not sufficient to properly heat the apartment to a comfortable degree. Only the living room also had a separate air conditioning unit which could be run on a heating setting and heated that room.

The water heater was bad and takes an hour to get hot and runs out in 6 minutes. It was no sorted despite our complaint

Problem with the water heater. It does not heat the water quickly and hot water runs out quickly

The apartment needs renovation frankly and even remodeling possibly. I was in the same apartment 4 years and it needed some work back then! The internet was very slow and intermittent, the smell of smoke was not welcome and the furniture\appliances look old and tired. Water drained very slowly in the shower and the elevator broke on the day i arrived ( fixed on the same day).
